Primary Responsibilities
- Taking a creative approach to crafting bespoke cocktails
- Commitment to house-made ingredients and sustainable bar practices
- Design and manage bar schedules to ensure efficient and consistent service coverage.
- Partner with the banquets team to craft and execute elevated beverage experiences for group events and special occasions.
- Train and develop bartenders on cocktail techniques, product knowledge, and Forbes service expectations.
- Maintain bar inventory, order supplies, and ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
- Deliver efficient, impactful, and memorable service that aligns with luxury hospitality standards.
- Previous bar leadership or supervisory experience.
- Mastery of classic and modern cocktail techniques
- Deep understanding of flavor balance, texture, and aromatics
- Strong knowledge of bar operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to lead under pressure and maintain a high energy, guest focused atmosphere.
