Summary:
Schedule: 3PM-11PM with alternating weekends required
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Farms at Bailey Station in the heart of our vibrant community. This role is essential in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being as part of our commitment to excellence in senior living.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes in residents' conditions.
- Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents.
- Assist with medication administration under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in resident areas.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to create individualized care plans.
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being.
- Uphold the dignity and respect of all residents at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) required.
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
