Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to meet health and safety standards
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates during busy service periods
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and prep work
- Ensure proper storage of clean items and organize dishware for efficient use during service
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation
- Assist with setting up banquet or catering events when required
- Contribute to a clean and organized kitchen/restaurant environment
- Being a team player
