Guest Experience Specialist / Host

Professional Hosts needed @ The Farm Italy at Mohegan Sun
one of the most booked restaurants in Connecticut and located within Mohegan Sun Casino. We are looking to add to our professional host staff team. We are hoping that you are energetic, polished, knowledgeable with using Open Table for reservation management and are able to provide exceptional service. If you have these qualities, more than 1 year experience as a host/host and would like to work in a passionate restaurant environment, then please send us your resume. Weekends and all holiday availability is a must.

Our host team members must possess these skills:

* Outgoing, energetic and have excellent people skills

* Passionate about providing ALL people with the best experience possible

* Ability to listen and communicate effectively with patrons and other restaurant team members

* Be able to perform calmly and effectively under pressure

* Be very familiar with using Open Table

* Casino restaurant experience is a big plus

Applicant must be comfortable working on their feet and doing plenty of walking

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize restaurant flow.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Utilize POS systems to process orders and payments accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization at the front desk and dining areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
