This position requires stamina for standing for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, lots of hand motions, and an ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Being part of the cannabis cultivation team means being responsible for everything from filling pots with soil, taking out the trash, lots of manual labor, planting seeds, and harvesting. This is an entry level position NOT a plant caretaker position BUT could possibly be asked to aid caretakers in their role of taking care of the plants. This position requires physical strength, an organized mind and an eye for paying attention to details. You will be expected to perform all aspects of routine and non-routine plant cultivation tasks for high quality plant and flower production.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· 21 years of age

· Legally Authorized to work in the United States – all documentation required

· Successfully pass a Background Screening and obtain Fingerprint Clearance Card

· Successfully obtain a Delaware MMJ Center Agent card

· Possess basic math, reading, and verbal skills

· Punctual AND Reliable Transportation

· Ability to follow The Farm Standard Operating Procedures in order to maintain compliance

· Ability to interpret and take direction from Supervisors, Management, and any other member of Leadership without giving feedback, comment or personal opinions, unless otherwise asked

· Must be able to perform various physical requirements —while performing the duties of this position you may be required to reach with hands and arms, speak and hear, stand, walk, sit and use hands to type, write and handle equipment and containers. You may also be required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; occasionally lift and/or move objects of 50 pounds or less.

· MUST BE WILLING TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS WITH NO SCHEDULE RESTRICTIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· High School Diploma or GED required
