What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at The Farm Brewery at Broad Run?
The Farm Brewery at Broad Run in Broad Run, VA is looking for line cooks to join our team. We are a high-volume destination brewery with a 35 acre beer garden and 7,000 sq. ft. tasting room. We are located on 16015 John Marshall Highway. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Preparing ingredients by chopping, slicing, measuring them accurately
- Recipe adherence
- Operating various kitchen equipment grills, fryers, ovens and mixers
- Monitoring food cooking times, temperatures to ensure food safety and quality.
- Plating and garnishing dishes in appealing and presentable manner
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, organized work area
- Comply with all food and safety regulations, maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a line cook
- General knowledge of food
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the line organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate (Serve Safe)

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
