**Job Overview:** We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner - Take food and beverage orders accurately - Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy - Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Prepare dining areas by setting up tables and stocking supplies - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation - Process payments using POS systems - Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred - Strong math skills for order processing and bill calculation - Knowledge of culinary terminology is a plus - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively - Proficiency in food preparation techniques is beneficial - Familiarity with POS systems for order processing - Understanding of sanitation guidelines for food handling - Exceptional guest services skills to provide a positive dining experience
