Videographer & Content CreatorWe’re seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Content Creator to join our marketing team. This role is fully dedicated to the craft of video production — planning, filming, editing, and distributing videos that educate, inspire, and build trust with our audience. You will play a central role in bringing our They Ask, You Answer and Endless Customers strategies to life by producing customer-focused videos that answer real questions, simplify complex topics, and tell stories that matter.About The Family Security PlanFor over 50 years, The Family Security Plan® has partnered with credit unions across the country to bring affordable insurance solutions to hardworking families. We are a people-first company — caring for our employees, our partners, and the communities we serve with compassion and integrity.Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Production & Editing• Plan, record, and edit high-quality video content for use across web, email, social media, and presentations. • Operate professional-grade camera, lighting, and sound equipment in our in-house studio. • Edit video footage using Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, Canva, or equivalent editing software. • Repurpose long-form video into short-form content tailored for social platforms. • Ensure all video content reflects our brand’s look, feel, and voice.Content Creation Strategy & Distribution• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop scripts and concepts rooted in They Ask, You Answer and Endless Customers principles. • Capture authentic stories from employees, credit unions, and customers that build connection and trust. • Manage publishing and distribution of video content across company platforms, ensuring optimal reach and engagement. • Stay current on video marketing trends and new technologies to keep our content innovative and engaging.Our WorkspaceWe provide a fully functioning, state-of-the-art studio for podcasting, video, and content creation. Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
