Position Overview


We are seeking a highly connected, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Managing Director to lead strategic growth initiatives, cultivate high-level relationships, and expand our global network of family offices, investors, and strategic partners.


The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and deep experience working with investors, private capital markets, business development, and relationship management.


Key Responsibilities


* Develop and execute strategic growth and partnership initiatives

* Build and manage relationships with family offices, investors, UHNWIs, and institutional partners

* Identify investment, sponsorship, and business development opportunities

* Represent The Family Offices Global at conferences, meetings, and global networking events

* Lead capital introduction and investor engagement activities

* Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion strategies and revenue growth

* Oversee client relationship management and ensure exceptional partner experience

* Assist in developing international market opportunities and strategic collaborations


Qualifications


* Proven experience in business development, investment relations, private capital, family offices, wealth management, or related industries

* Strong global network of investors, executives, and strategic partners preferred

* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

* Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently in a remote environment

* Experience with fundraising, partnerships, investor relations, or strategic growth initiatives

* Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced business or finance background is a plus
