Medical Front Desk Receptionist

The Family Doctor is looking for a hardworking and dependable front desk receptionist for a start up medical clinic. The Family Doctor is an outpatient primary care practice. This clinic also provides aesthetic services including Hydrafacial, Botox, Weight loss management, and IV hydration.
As a Medical Receptionist at our healthcare facility, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Verify patient information and insurance details
- Assist with medical records management and documentation
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests efficiently
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Qualifications
- Experience in medical administrative support
- Knowledge of medical coding and billing systems
- Understanding of outpatient procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and patient care abilities

-Familiar with Athena Health system preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
