Responsibilities
- Greet patients upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records efficiently.
- Provide information to patients regarding their treatment plans, procedures, and insurance coverage.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up.
- Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve any issues related to appointments or services.
- Assist in the management of supplies within the office.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Experience providing administrative support is a plus.
- Familiarity with office management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is beneficial.
