Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Associate to support our team. This role will play a key part in building and managing our business development pipeline, supporting marketing initiatives, and creating opportunities for our talent across sports, music, and entertainment. This internship provides an invaluable opportunity for students pursuing careers in Business, Marketing, or related fields to gain real-world experience in the dynamic sports industry.
Please note this is an unpaid internship, applicants must be eligible for class credit.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and management of the business development pipeline
- Conduct cold outreach to brands, agencies, and potential partners
- Assist in preparing for events, meetings, and partnership opportunities for talent
- Contribute to the creation of brand strategy decks and ensure follow-through on outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business and marketing opportunities
- Track and report on outreach efforts, events, and deal flow progress
- Assist with administrative tasks, database management, and organizational support
- Participate in client and team meetings, providing insights and taking notes as needed
- Collaborate with internal team to support client strategy and partnership initiatives
- Assist with general office tasks and operational support as needed
Qualifications:
- Well-developed communication, organizational and time management skills
- Interest or experience in Marketing or Business Development
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Passion for sports, music, and entertainment
- Preferably juniors, seniors, or postgraduate
Details:
- Duration: 3-month summer internship, with flexible start and end dates based on the student’s academic calendar.
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week.
- Compensation: Unpaid; eligible for class credit.
- Start Date: Flexible, depending on the student’s academic schedule.
