Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep offerings fresh and exciting for patrons
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during busy service periods
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality industry roles such as bartender or server is highly preferred
- Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, banquet settings or catering environments is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs
Pay: From $4.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 40.0 per week
