Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager, based in Grayville, IL. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage branch staff to meet performance goals. Responsibilities include supervising and training employees, monitoring operational compliance, developing strategies to meet retail banking goals, and resolving customer issues. The role also involves fostering local community relationships and representing the bank at community events.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise, train, and motivate staff
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of banking practices, operational compliance, and financial products
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve branch performance
- Proficiency in using banking systems and basic computer applications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in banking or financial services management is desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a community-focused, team-oriented environment

The anticipated beginning base annual salary range for this position is $50,000-65,000. The base salary will be determined by factors including but not limited to experience, credentials, education, certifications, and skill level required for the position. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Incentive compensation may be added in the future.
