Requirements For This Position
- Have excellent customer service skills and sound judgement.
- Schedule adherence and punctuality.
- Standing forlong periodsof time when needed.
- Security Guard Card
- Excellent professionalism, good hygiene, and customer service skills.
- Knowledgeable in the key aspects of private security including, but not limited to responding to emergencies, preparing incident reports, reviewing CCTV footage, etc.
- Some experience in security or high-end Customer Service.
- Provide a welcoming environment and provide needed services for guests. Checking guests in and out as needed.
- Communicate effectively with guests whilemaintainingexcellent hospitality and interpersonal skills
- Perform a variety of security checks and follow post orders as directed by the establishment
- Investigate incidents and create reports by recording observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
- Patrolling the grounds via golf cart
