Qualifications
To perform this role successfully, the individual must demonstrate:
- Strong operational leadership experience in aviation services
- Ability to manage multi-department airport operations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and customer-facing professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS)
- Experience with payroll and timekeeping systems
- A bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Business Administration, Aviation Management, or Operations Management
- Minimum of three (3) years of related management experience in aviation, airport services, logistics, or a related field
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information clearly to customers, airport authorities, and internal leadership
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Frequent walking, standing, hearing, and speaking
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Exposure to both indoor and outdoor environments, including weather conditions
- Moderate to high noise environment typical of airport ramp and warehouse operations
- Combination of indoor office, terminal, warehouse, ramp, and outdoor environments
- Exposure to aircraft operations, heavy equipment, and varying weather conditions
- 24/7 operational responsibility including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary : $68,000 - $72,000
