Graveyard Dispatcher/ Security Officer Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and radio communications.
- Dispatch security officers to incidents, disturbances, medical calls, or suspicious activity.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, reports, and daily activity records.
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls professionally.
- Coordinate with mall management, local law enforcement, fire, or EMS when needed.
- Track officer locations and ensure timely response to incidents.
- Report safety hazards, lost children, theft, or property damage.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures at all times.
- Previous dispatch, customer service, or security experience is a plus.
- Strong communicationand multitasking skills
- Ability to remain calm during emergencies
- Basic computer skills
