The Day Porter’s responsibilities include keeping common areas clean and tidy, responding to guest requests promptly, and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. Our ideal candidate has experience in janitorial or custodial services and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Day Porter Responsibilities/Duties
- Cleandesignated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restrooms,etc.).
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners, cleaningreceptacles as needed.
- Perform and document routine inspectionof assigned areas.
- Stock and maintain supplyclosets.
- Wears the appropriatepersonal protective equipment(PPE).
- Adheres to company policies and procedures.
- Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
- Timely completion of all assigned tasks.
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Othertasks, as assigned by your supervisor.
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience. (preferred)
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to work independentlywith minimal supervision.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.
