Security Account Manager - Position Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a natural inclination to deliver consistent service and effectively communicate with both clients and staff.

This position requires a hands-on leader who understands contract security operations and can develop supervisors and officers to perform at a high standard.

Security Account Manager Responsibilities

Operations & Service Excellence

  • Oversee daily operations
  • Ensure post is staffedin accordance withpost orders, contracts, and client expectations
  • Ensureaccurateandtimelycompletion of all documentation
  • Respond to escalated incidents, emergencies, and client concerns
  • Perform a wide variety of security functions.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular communication with clients through scheduled meetings and site reviews
  • Proactively address client concerns and service issues
  • Otherresponsibilities as needed

Required

Security Account Manager Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in contract security, law enforcement, military, or related field
  • Experience in high end security and/or hospitality
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and conduct site inspections

Preferred

  • Prior experience as a Security Account Manager, or Operations Manager
  • Proficient with scheduling systems and reporting tools.
