Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated APRN with experience in aesthetic injectables to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a provider who values precision, artistry, and patient education, and who is passionate about delivering natural, confidence-boosting results.
You will work closely with our team to provide Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and client experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, etc.) and dermal fillers
- Conduct thorough consultations and create customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on treatment options, expectations, and post-care
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Uphold all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with The Face Lab team to support patient retention and growth
- Deliver an exceptional, elevated client experience at every visit
Qualifications
- Active APRN license in the state of Connecticut
- Formal training and hands-on experience with aesthetic injectables
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Excellent communication and bedside manner
- Detail-oriented with a passion for natural, refined results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a medical spa or aesthetic practice preferred
