What You Bring:
- Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT), Certified Paraoptometric Assistant (CPOA) or equivalent certification preferred
- 4 years of experience in ophthalmology or optometry practice
- Proficiency with ophthalmic instruments and diagnostic equipment
- Leadership experience or strong mentoring capabilities
- Excellent patient communication and care skills
- Ability to train and guide junior staff members

- Perform comprehensive ophthalmic testing and patient workups
- Lead and mentor clinical support staff
- Ensure consistent quality of patient care and experience
