Outstanding opening for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join an established practice in the West coastal Florida area .
About The Role:
Looking for a CRNA to join established practice in on the West Coast of Florida area. This is a full time position, 275k salary for 4 days per week, 8-10 hour days and if a 5th day is worked the pay is $185/hr with an 8 hour guarantee, plus $50,000 sign on bonus, 6 weeks PTO, additional paid surgeon days out, no nights, no weekends, no call. Office is open Monday-Friday no nights, weekends, or holidays. Practice has state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment with strong support from experienced staff. On-site AAAHC accredited ASC with multiple operating rooms. Must be a Florida licensed CRNA. A fulfilling career with opportunities for growth, leadership, and professional development. Responsibilities will include:
- Pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative anesthesia care.
- Assessing and preparing patients for monitored anesthesia care.
- Overseeing patient recovery and immediate post-op needs.
- Collaborating closely with physicians and surgical teams.
Schedule:
Full time, 4-5 days per week no weekends.
