The Eye Care Center is one of the most comprehensive eye care facilities in the Finger Lakes Region, with offices in Canandaigua, Macedon, and Geneva. We’re proud to offer a full range of advanced eye care and cosmetic services, typically found only in big cities, right here in our local communities.
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Patient Services Assistant to join our dedicated team of over 80 professionals. As the first person our patients see when they arrive, you’ll play a vital role in providing a welcoming front-office experience.
Key responsibilities and requirements include:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
- High school diploma required
Medent (EMR) experience a plus.
