Commercial Roofing Estimator

$75,000 - $85,000 base up to 5% commission full benefits
Client: A well-established commercial roofing contractor operating in the Midwest. Job Info: Work closely with the commercial sales division to identify and pursue new bid opportunities. You will be responsible for performing detailed site visits and take-offs from prints, preparing competitive budgets, proposals, and bid packages, and collaborating with suppliers for accurate pricing. Once projects are awarded, you will support project success by finalizing purchase orders, work orders, and accounting budgets.
Requirements:
- 3 years in commercial roofing estimation
- Competent in using industry-standard estimating platforms like Xactimate, The Edge, or similar software
- Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple bids simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., AccuLynx) is highly advantageous
