We're expanding into Connecticut, and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our local growth and drive customer acquisition in the automotive repair and aftermarket industry.
Job Summary
We’re seeking a high-energy, hands-on Sales Manager to lead our New England sales operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong industry connections, a drive to close deals, and the leadership skills to build and manage a local sales team. You'll be responsible for customer outreach, bulk sales strategy, and developing relationships with auto repair shops, wholesalers, and parts distributors.
Key Responsibilities
-Build and maintain relationships with local and regional auto shops and resellers
-Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
-Lead and train a small sales team as we grow in the region
-Report weekly sales activity and goals to leadership
Qualifications
-3 years experience in sales (automotive aftermarket preferred)
-Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
-Strong local knowledge of the Northeast automotive repair market
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
