Job Summary:

If you have a strong interest in health and fitness with a lot of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and good communication, we have a fun and fulfilling Strength/Stretch/Personal Trainer/ Health Coach Position just for YOU! As a Coach at The Exercise Coach® you will be:

• Leading individual and semi-private strength training sessions
• Using evidence-based, state-of-the-art fitness technology
• Tracking client goals and fitness results

We provide all training and certifications—paid and included as part of the path to becoming certified at The Exercise Coach® - North Frisco & North Dallas. Certification includes:

• Certified Exercise Coach: human physiology, exercise science, nutrition science, fitness technology, and proprietary training methods

The Exercise Coach® - North Frisco & North Dallas is hiring full-time Strength/Stretch/ Personal Trainer/Health Coaches.

Qualifications for a Health and Fitness Coach at The Exercise Coach®:

• Passion for Health & Fitness: Living a healthy and fit lifestyle with the passion to inspire others.
• Good Communication Skills: Enjoy conversing in-person and on-the-phone. Conduct yourself in a professional manner and deliver clear instructions during training sessions.
• People skills and personality: LOVE working with clients and teammates. The ability to convey your passion with excitement and energy.
• Health and Fitness Education: Demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of exercise science, human biology and nutrition. You do not need personal training experience. A college degree in Exercise Science and/or Kinesiology is preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour with opportunity for quarterly bonus
