- Welcome new clients and conduct initial consultation sessions to assess goals and fitness levels
- Lead one-on-one and small-group exercise sessions using our technology-driven exerbotics equipment
- Coach clients through personalized workouts focusing on proper form, motivation, and safety.
- Track and record client fitness progress using data-driven tools
- Provide education and guidance on exercise science, recovery, and healthy habits
- Recommend and sell monthly memberships and package sessions to support cleints goals
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals
- Passionate about strength training
- Strong ability to connect with and inspire others
