Responsibilities
- Coach 1:1, 1:2 and 1:4 strength training sessions in a private, boutique, small studio environment
- Use our adaptive‑resistance, computerized, robotic fitness technology (full training provided)
- Track and explain client progress using performance data from our AI-enabled fitness technology
- Provide encouragement, accountability, and safe instruction
- Support simple nutrition and habit‑building guidance
- Assist in client and prospective client calls, leads, correspondence and scheduling
- Assist in initial consultations to sell new client memberships (not commission-based)
- Maintain a clean, very welcoming studio environment
- Positive, energetic, friendly and coachable candidates
- A strong communicator who can motivate without intimidating
- An appreciation for the importance of, and commitment to, delivering outstanding customer service
- Passion for helping people, especially beginners and older adults
- Passion for fitness and empathy for working with clients of all fitness levels
- Comfortable working with technology, data and structured programs
- Personal training or coaching experience is a plus, but not required
- College degree in health sciences is a plus, but not required
- Basic computer skills required
- CPR/AED certification from a nationally recognized provider is required to train clients

- Competitive hourly pay bonuses (no commissions – you are paid for every hour that you work whether training clients or not, far different than most gyms)
- $20-$24/hour based on prior work experience (Approximately $600-$720 per week assuming 30 hours/week)
- Seeking candidates able to commit to 16 to 32 hours per week, plus one Saturday per month (6 hours)
