We are seeking a motivated and caring Exercise Coach / Personal Trainer to guide clients through strength training and wellness programs using our proprietary equipment and coaching system. fitness experience is preferred — a passion for helping others, and a great attitude. Part-time/Full-time availability.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Coaching:
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group training sessions using Exerbotics® equipment, isotonic and cardio machines.
- Lead safe and effective one-on-one assisted sessions using PNF stretching techniques.
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations
- Monitor form, safety, and individual client progress
- Educate and motivate clients on fitness and healthy living
- Track and review results through our high-tech system
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure consistent attendance and goal progress
- Support lead generation, tours, and trial sessions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio
- Log data and client communication accurately in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- No certs or degrees required – We’ll pay for your Exercise, Stretch Coach, and Nutrition Playbook certifications

Required:
- Personal Training experience
- High energy, positive attitude, and a love for working with people
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- CPR/AED certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
