Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site position located in Franklin, TN, for an Exercise Coach/Personal Trainer at The Exercise Coach®. In this role, you will provide one-on-one and small group coaching sessions using our proprietary, AI-driven machines. Responsibilities include guiding clients through personalized workout programs, ensuring safety and proper form, and helping clients achieve their fitness goals. You will also educate clients on the benefits of strength training tailored to their individual needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in Personal Coaching, Life Coaching, and Coaching to provide personalized support to clients.
- Proficiency in Personal Training and Sports Coaching to design and execute effective fitness plans.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with clients.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping individuals achieve their goals in a safe and supportive environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPT, ACSM, NASM, or equivalent) are preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required to meet client needs.
