Duties
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls to appropriate departments with excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and records.
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments or meetings for staff members or clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, greeting visitors professionally and supporting their needs efficiently.
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory, order processing, and basic bookkeeping duties.
- Proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and other productivity tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous office experience or administrative experience demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
