What You'll Do
- Conduct fitness consultations and evaluations
- Coach one‑on‑one and small‑group strength training sessions
- Track and explain client progress using technology
- Educate clients on strength, health, and basic nutrition
- Build strong relationships through follow‑up and communication
- Support studio growth through consultations and plan enrollment
- Collaborate with a supportive, professional coaching team

Qualifications
Required:
- Strong people and communication skills

- Willingness to complete The Exercise Coach Certification (paid by us)
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Preferred (not required):
- Degree or coursework in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, PT, Nursing, or related field
- Personal training, coaching, teaching, or customer service experience
- Experience working with older adults or clients with limitations
- Basic nutrition knowledge
- Comfort using client management or CRM software
People skills matter more than years of experience. We train the right people extremely well.Schedule & Location
- Part‑time up to 30 hours/week (full‑time potential)
- Weekday afternoons/evenings
- Some Saturday mornings required (rotational)
- Studio closed Sundays
- Location: Castle Rock, CO
- Optional shifts available in Parker for interested candidates
