Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and caring Exercise Coach / Personal Trainer to guide clients through strength training and wellness programs using our proprietary equipment and coaching system. No previous fitness experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a passion for helping others, and a great attitude.

The Exercise Coach® is dedicated to helping women and men of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology. Key Responsibilities
Training & Coaching:
- Deliver 1-on-1 and small group training sessions using Exerbotics® equipment
- Conduct initial assessments and consultations
- Monitor form, safety, and individual client progress
- Educate and motivate clients on fitness and healthy living
- Track and review results through our high-tech system
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure consistent attendance and goal progress
- Support lead generation, tours, and trial sessions
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio
- Log data and client communication accurately in CRM
- No certifications or degrees required – We’ll pay for your Exercise, Stretch Coach, and Nutrition Playbook certifications
- Stable, hourly pay – earn for every hour you're scheduled (not just personal training sessions)
- Pay increase following the completion of the paid training and certifications (3-4 weeks)

- Direct 12-month track to lead coach
Required:
- High energy, positive attitude, and a love for working with people
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong ability to connect with and inspire others
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or related field (helpful but not necessary)
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Passionate about helping others improve their health
