- Conduct initial consultations, lead individual and small-group strength training sessions
- Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
- Become an expert in using our state-of-the-art Exerbiotic fitness equipment
- Deliver active-assisted stretch therapy sessions for clients targeting the upper body, lower body, and full body
- Help clients improve mobility, flexibility, recovery, and overall performance
- Provide a safe and motivating environment that combines strength and stretch for maximum results
- High standard of reliability and respect
- Strong ability to connect with and inspire others
- Experience and/or passion for strength training and fitness
- Preferred experience and/or interest in client-assisted stretching, mobility, or recovery techniques
- 24–48 hours from now: Initial Interview
- 48–72 hours from now: In-Person Workout and Studio Tour
- Ten days from now: Offer letter
