You Will Get
As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver One-on-One and Small Group exercise instruction to clients of all ages.
The Exercise Coach's® approach to fitness in just two 20 minute sessions per week and the data based training equipment that helps us to help people who have been failed by the fitness industry. The Exercise Coach® is a high-tech health and fitness franchise, that provides a science based one on one experience for our clients. Our training utilizes proprietary, high tech equipment that is safe and effective with 20 minute workouts, 2X per week.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

We offer clients what would be more accurately described as clinical exercise, rather than the latest fitness craze in a crowded, intimidating environment. The Exercise Coach® is dedicated to helping women and men of all ages achieve their health and fitness goals through customized physical conditioning programs and the use of our proprietary technology. We pride ourselves on the safety, effectiveness, and efficiency of The Exercise Coach® where coaches are an essential piece. - Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
- Grow the business through acquisition and retention of clients
- Measure success by tracking studio metrics
