What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable Clerk position at The Executive Suite?
Our client is looking for a full-time, high volume Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable, with construction and AI tool experience a plus.
You’ll review & enter all invoices from vendors, subcontractors, utilities and expense reimbursements in a timely and accurate manner, monitor vendors for insurance compliance & maintain new vendor records, assist in reconciling vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, and collaborate to streamline workflows, draft communications, and improve accuracy.
- Are you highly organized, detail oriented, and have strong data entry skills?
- Do you enjoy working collaboratively and have great communication skills?
- Are you proficient in Microsoft Office software?
- Do you have 3 years’ construction experience in accounting?
- Do you have experience with Timberline (Sage 300) software?
- Do you have experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude)?
