Major Duties
Takes incoming calls from system users and logs issues into database.
Researches and gathers information to resolve systems failures timely (generally within 24 hours).
Alerts management of issues that may result in lost sales, overstocks, or pricing discrepancies.
Pulls various reports for tracking issues by type, scorecard, etc. Assists manager in development of processes and training programs.
Participates in the development of detailed operating procedures for the use of system solutions. Contributes to the development of user acceptance test scripts and may conduct.
Performs other duties as assigned.
