Or
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience as a Stockroom Manager, Sales Area Manager, Sales and Merchandise Manager, Assistant Main Store Manager, or Branch Store Manager within the last five years.

Major Duties
Direction and follow-up with managers and staff; training and counseling.
Audit and problem resolution.
Customer contact.
Maintains compliance, as applicable, in loss prevention, accounting, money transfers, internal controls, environmental issues and EPA/environmental agencies/organizations policies, procedures, rules and regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
