Job Qualifications
Six years of experience in website and application content, development, creative layout, design, and execution to include experience with software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Crown peak, Commerce Tools, Tailwind, HTML, CSS , CGI, WordPress, and JavaScript.
One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
OR
Bachelors degree and four years of experience in website and application content, development, creative layout, design, and execution to include experience with software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Crown peak, Commerce Tools, Tailwind, HTML, CSS , CGI, WordPress, and JavaScript.
One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements
Manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Develop ideas for compelling content that adhere to required branding and style guidelines utilizing software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Crown peak, Commerce Tools, Tailwind, HTML, CSS , CGI, WordPress, and JavaScript.
Manage team in design, development, troubleshooting, debugging, and implementation of code for retail websites, mobile application, email, and other interactive vehicles. Provide final approval, prioritization, and direction of content deployment.
Organize and maintain a schedule of deliverables and ensures all deadlines are met. Ensure all content is timely implemented on QA and production servers.
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Interpret client specifications and develop business requirements.
Develop/implement training programs for team members covering all applicable software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, Crown peak, Commerce Tools, Tailwind, HTML, CSS , CGI, WordPress, and JavaScript.
