Job Description
As a Computer Operator, you will serve as the subject matter expert on the workforce management program (WFMP) and point of sale (POS) systems. You will perform WFMP related duties not limited to inputting forecast data, publish work schedules, timesheet corrections, schedule adjustments and such. Review payroll data and take necessary actions to ensure accuracy. You will perform a variety of administrative functions related to purchase orders, transfers, inventory, service ticket log, hardware orders and such. Additionally, you may be responsible for closing the cashiers cage.

Major Duties
Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on WFMP for the entire exchange, assists timekeepers with system related questions and provides training on WFMP to managers/supervisors or timekeepers, when needed.
Performs WFMP related duties not limited to inputting forecast data, establish and publish work schedules, timesheet corrections, schedule adjustments and such. Reviews payroll data and take necessary actions to ensure accuracy.
Performs a variety of administrative functions related to purchase orders, transfers, inventory, service ticket log, hardware orders and such.
Provides hardware and software related technical support for store operations such as troubleshooting, installing, repairing and upgrading of all in store hardware systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
