- Experienced in creating, executing, and validating test cases for mobile and web features
- Familiar with A/B testing and personalization platforms (e.g., Monetate) to optimize customer engagement and conversion
- Skilled in building and automating workflows to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes
- Proficient in interpreting performance data to support strategic and operational decisions
