Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist clients with account-related questions, services, and general support.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups as needed.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client support, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
