Mon. – Fri. 8:30am – 5pm

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads a team in reviewing and transforming policies and operating procedures, developing and implementing innovative processes to enhance operations.
- Direct reviews of policies, procedures, and operating frameworks to streamline operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Champions change management initiatives across organizational divisions.
- Oversee data analysis and reporting to provide senior leadership with actionable insights for decision-making.
- Holds overall responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of new processes, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
- Ten (10) years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and operational performance measurement.
- Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.
- $75/hour
