The Excalibur Group is currently seeking an Operations Analyst for a local contract in Washington, DC.

Mon. – Fri. 8:30am – 5pm
Except Federal Holidays
On-site position

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Independently reviews policies and operating procedures, developing innovative processes and procedures to enhance operations.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data (incident reports, emergency response times, resource allocation, etc.) to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support risk and threat assessments to identify gaps in preparedness and operational readiness.
- Collaborates with managers and employees to support change management initiatives and implement changes.
- Trains employees on new systems or policies and evaluates the effectiveness of new processes.
- Provide support in managing operational resources, systems, and technologies to ensure readiness during emergencies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted:
- High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience
- Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience
- Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.
- Five (5) years of previous experience as an Operations Analyst
- Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
- $60/hour
