We're looking for a Masters Level Therapist/Counselor/Social Worker who shares our values and is eager to contribute to a thriving practice. This role is perfect for you if you are:

What You Will Bring

• Master's level licensure in New Mexico (e.g., LPCC, LMFT, LCSW).
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 25-28 clients weekly.
• A strong commitment to personal self-care and continuous professional growth.
• Availability to work two evenings per week until 6 PM to accommodate client needs.
• An open mind and eagerness to embrace new ideas and learning opportunities.
• A genuine passion and 'heart for this work,' demonstrating empathy and dedication to client well-being.
• Experience or a strong interest in serving a diverse client population.
