Role Description
This is a part-time, hourly-paid, on-site Nurse Practitioner role based in Montgomery, AL. The Nurse Practitioner will work in collaboration with the physician to provide primary care services including conducting routine checkups, managing chronic conditions, treating acute illnesses and performing preventive health screenings.

Qualifications
- Available to work 4pm-8pm, at least 4 days a week.
- Experience in primary care, women's health, chronic disease management, and preventive healthcare services.
- Ability to perform telehealth visits using video and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge and use of electronic health record (EHR) systems is an advantage.
