The Ethridge Team is looking for a Production Partner to work directly alongside Team Lead Erin Ethridge. This is not a salaried or administrative position. This is a commission-based opportunity for someone who wants to actively produce business, manage clients, and become a true partner in the day-to-day production of a growing real estate team.
Compensation
Commission-based with significant earning potential.
20% when you take full ownership of the client and transaction, and Erin has nothing to do with the transaction
10% when Erin remains the primary client contact, and you support the transaction
10% on listings
50/50 on your self-generated transactions
$150,000 potential annual earnings based on production and contribution
This role is for someone who wants to build, produce, and earn, not simply receive leads and complete tasks.
