Primary Responsibilities
Household Operations
- Assist the House Manager with the daily operations of five Bay Area residences.
- Support the management of the family's primary Atherton estate (approximately 15,000 square feet) as well as additional properties.
- Help ensure each residence is maintained to the highest standards of presentation and functionality.
- Coordinate household vendors, maintenance appointments, deliveries, and service providers.
- Assist with household inventories, supplies, and organization.
- Help prepare residences for arrivals, departures, guests, and special events.
- Assist with errands, shopping, and personal tasks for the principals.
- Help coordinate schedules, appointments, and household logistics.
- Support travel planning, packing, and itinerary preparation.
- Handle administrative projects and miscellaneous requests as assigned.
- Anticipate needs and proactively assist wherever necessary.
- Be comfortable working in a family-oriented environment with children and dogs.
- Provide occasional child-related support when appropriate, though this is not a nanny position.
- Assist with family logistics and help create a smooth, organized household environment.
- Maintain flexibility to support the family's evolving needs.
