Title: Site Supervisor
Primary Focus Areas: Product Deployment - Installation Site Supervision
Direct Leader: Sr. Project Manager (TEG)
Direct Reports: Assigned Installers, Scenic Artists, Contractors, & other various trades.
Job Description:
The Installation Department is responsible for the deployment of The Escape Game Products through various project types, including but not limited to New Store Installs, Store Expansions, Infills, Reskins, and Renovations. The Site Supervisor serves as the on-site leader during installation projects, overseeing daily crew activities, coordinating workflow, and ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and to TEG’s quality standards. This role is the primary point of contact on the job site for project leadership, general contractors, and other trades. The Site Supervisor has the integral responsibility of Delivering Epic Interactive Experiences to our guests through hands-on leadership and the successful execution of installation projects.
Pay & Benefits:
Salary of $65,000-$75,000, starting compensation based on experience
Regular 5 hours of weekly overtime

Hours & Schedule:
Expected Weekly Hours: 40 - 45 while in-office, 70 hours weekly while traveling
Travel Expectations: Frequent (85% of the workload)
Trips are up to 32 days consecutively, 10.5-hour working days (minus break)
Trips are local and out-of-state. Travel is paid for and booked by The Escape Game.
Expected Schedule:
Office: Monday - Friday (day shift)
Installation: Monday - Friday plus weekends (Dayshift / Midshift / Nightshift - depends on installation schedule, weekend work often includes accompanying rest/off days during the upcoming workweek)
Rest is accrued at a rate of 6 days @ 60 hours = 1 rest day; 7 days @ 70 hours = 2 rest days. Rest days stack over the course of an entire project.
Emergency Travel: As needed, could include nights & weekends with extended hours
Oncall: Yes
Job Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Site Leadership
Serve as the on-site lead, managing day-to-day crew activities and workflow during installation projects
Coordinate with project leadership, general contractors, and other trades to maintain project schedule
Conduct daily crew briefings, assign tasks, and ensure all team members understand daily objectives
Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures
Track and communicate daily progress, issues, and schedule impacts to project leadership
Review floor plans, elevations, and Install Guide Standards to ensure proper component installation
Manage on-site materials, tools, and equipment; coordinate deliveries and staging
Perform quality checks throughout the installation process and lead punch-list completion
Mentor and develop Installers on-site, providing guidance on techniques and best practices
Installation Work (Accomplish the following by empowering the Teams onsite and assisting where needed)
Work with various forms of flooring such as LVT, “Grass” Carpet, Rolled Vinyl, etc.
Work with various forms of wall panels - Max Metal, Rock Panels, Siding, Finished MDF, etc.
Work with various forms of masonry - Concrete Mixing, Stucco, Bricks/Thin-bricks, CMU Tiles, Dryvit
Work with various forms of trim - Ceiling Grid, Cove Base, Bead-board, Wainscotting, Crown-molding, Faux-columns, etc.
Perform Scenic/Art work such as painting, staining, aging/distressing, murals, etc.
Install Components using the Install Guide, Standards, and Project Elevations
Misc. General Conditions - Rough-Framing (Wood & Metal), Rough-ins, Electrical (as needed), Commercial Door Installation w/ trimwork, Drywall work, TV mounts, Hanging TV’s, etc.
Work with misc. hardware (anchors, tapcons, toggle bolts, etc.)
Perform Punch-work
Non-Installation Work
Assist the Production Facilities while off the road
Assist Creative Engineering with New Product Development, Non-standard requests, prototyping, etc.
Assist the Warehouse with wrapping, packing, and staging finished products
Assist Store Support with on-site projects and remote support
Perform shop-related “house-keeping” functions and organizational needs
Work on packing Job-boxes, Scenic Carts, Tech Materials, Wire Pallets, etc.
Assist with loading and unloading trucks at the shop and worksites
Transporting material to and from various locations
Job Requirements:
A love for escape rooms and interactive media
2 years of experience in construction, fabrication, installation, or a related trade
Prior experience leading or supervising a crew on a job site
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Contagiously positive, can-do attitude
Loves to “win.”
Strong communication skills - written, on the phone, in-person
Willingness to learn and grow skills
General business acumen
Ability to read and interpret floor plans, elevations, and installation guides
Ability to lift/carry up to 75 pounds individually
Able to stand, walk, climb ladders, and navigate tight spaces for extended periods of time.
