We are seeking an experienced, accuracy-driven Paralegal/ Property Manager to support the legal, administrative, and operational needs of our property management portfolio. This full-time, non-exempt position requires advanced organizational skills and experience with lease drafting and enforcement, insurance administration, property file management, and compliance oversight. The role is heavily administrative and requires flexibility to meet operational demands, deadlines, and property-related needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Draft, review, revise, and enforce residential and/or commercial lease agreements
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal landlord-tenant laws and regulations
· Prepare and manage lease renewals, amendments, notices, defaults, and terminations
· Assist with evictions, collections, and dispute resolution in coordination with legal counsel
· Organize and maintain property files, tenant records, legal documents, and contracts (digital and physical)
· Oversee property key handling and control, maintaining accurate logs and secure access protocols
· Support documentation and due diligence for property acquisitions, transfers, and developments
· Communicate professionally with tenants, property managers, owners, attorneys, insurers, and vendors
· Conduct legal and regulatory research related to property management compliance
· Provide extensive administrative support, requiring exceptional organization, accuracy, and follow-through
Qualifications & Experience
· 10 years of experience preferred in a paralegal, property management, or related legal/administrative role
· Strong working knowledge of landlord-tenant law and property management practices
· Experience drafting, administering, and enforcing lease agreements
· Experience managing insurance files and regulatory documentation
· Paralegal certification preferred, or equivalent long-term professional experience
· Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
· Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
· Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams

Compensation & Classification
· Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
· Non-exempt position, position requires on call for emergencies at properties after hours on weekdays and anytime on the weekend. On call schedule to be rotated with assisting staff.
